The program automatically calculates applications for payment includes fixed, adjusted, and adjusted accumulated retainage using either percent or dollars, and prints the data to AIA originals or computer-generated forms. These forms are change order 701, applications for payment 702 & CMa-702, continuation sheet(s) 703, Status of Contracts Schedule, Lien Waiver & Release and Project Completion Forms (704, 706, 706A, 707). The sworn statement automatically includes each subcontractor with their respective line items.
