Unit AIA Billing Program ($250) uses unit price & unit measure to calculate AIA billing. Print computer-generated forms or print calculations to original forms purchased from the American Institute of Architects. The program prints a long form 703 that includes columns for contract units, unit measure, unit price and units completed.

The program handles unlimited projects and line items. All types of retainage are computed. Retainage can be programmed to change automatically. Stored materials can be calculated at a separate retainage rate. Exceed 100% of the original amount for a line item or add to the original contract amount as a project progresses. Applications can be reviewed, edited or printed at any time during the billing cycle. All applications and change orders are saved and can be reprinted from history.

Computer-generated forms include 701, 702, construction manager 702, and 703 plus a bonding company schedule, lien waiver & release, and project completion forms. Data prints to original American Institute of Architects forms.
