The Alabama Certified Payroll Program prints Alabama State form A1-100, federal form WH-347 and affirmative action report CC-257. Enter employee and project information into master files for repeated use. Tax and miscellaneous deductions are calculated automatically. Itemized on the Statement of Compliance for the state are gross payroll, all taxes and other deductions, such as insurance. Federal, state, county and city tax tables are included. To adhere to Alabama requirements, ethnic minority, sex and payroll check numbers are included in the report for each employee. Supply the week-ending date and days of the week are dated automatically. The program prints "blank" forms for projects where reports need to be submitted even though no work was performed by your company. A manpower report helps track labor expenses by project. Enter the month and print the CC-257, Monthly Employment Utilization Report. Minority statistics are automatically calculated and separated by trade and work classifications.
