| Electricians All our IBEW Report Programs save the master employee file for repeat use. Employees can be entered for each classification they work. Programs automatically default to the mandated pay rate per classification or special pay rates can be put in manually. Enter the shift and hours worked; the program automatically calculates gross pay and all benefit contributions. Wage and benefit rate tables can be adjusted manually or a CD can be purchased with the annual changes. Entries may be made weekly or monthly. Weekly entries are combined to one entry per employee for each work classification. Individual Employer Contribution Reports are generated for each employee listed on the monthly report. Print a set of computer-generated reports in the local's format or a single report. All remittance information is saved to an historical file for review, revision, and reprint. Each program handles the special requirements stipulated by the local.
IBEW 102 Report Program Local Pension, Personal Fund or Annuity Fund deductions are now included for 1st & 2nd period apprentices. A monthly Contribution Report for each employee is printed automatically with the amount of all benefits paid into their account. Dues and JATC can be excluded automatically from employee's totals on a monthly report. Reports can be printed with only dues and JATC. Allows the "owners" exemption to be taken. A complete set of five (5) monthly reports and continuation sheets are labeled NEBF, Local Board, Local 102, Contractor Copy, and Other Benefits PLUS the employees’ contribution report. <BACK> IBEW 139 and NEBF Report Program Calculations can be made with either inside or outside local dues. COPE contributions can be included or excluded. Employees' weekly dues payments can be controlled manually. A complete set of forms for benefits and the summary report are labeled White Copy, Pink Copy, Yellow Copy. A complete set of NEBF forms includes NEBF Copy, Local Collection Agent Copy, Local Union Copy and Employer Copy. <BACK> IBEW 164 Report Program COPE is now calculated as a percent of gross. Dues and JATF can be excluded from employee's totals on a monthly report. Reports can be printed with only dues and JATF. Special calculations for summer help are automatically calculated. Tenured-employees can receive an adjusted pension. Entries may be made weekly on your payroll date and will be sorted to the nearest Sunday. Prints a set of seven (7) forms labeled Joint Boards, NEBF, Local Board, TDB, Personal Fund, Commerce Bank and Contractor Copy of the monthly report and continuation sheet. <BACK> IBEW 241 and NEBF Report Program Select inside or outside local dues for each employee. Savings contributions are optional. Rate changes for funds automatically print on the report. Print a set of two (2) forms of the local and four (4) NEBF reports labeled NEBF Copy, Local Collection Agent Copy, Local Union Copy and Employer Copy. <BACK> IBEW 269 Report Program This program handles the special calculations for Maintenance Agreements automatically. Reports for teledata are printed separately. Print a set of five (5) forms (labeled NEBF Copy, Fund Copy, Union Copy, NECA Copy and Employer Copy) of the monthly report and continuation sheet. <BACK> IBEW 351 Report Program Apprentices are automatically "aged" to receive the proper pay rates as their tenure increases and an advisory is given when changes in work classifications are necessary. A separate report is printed for intermediate journeymen. A complete set of monthly reports and continuations sheets are labeled NBEF, Fund, Union, NECA, and Employer. <BACK> IBEW 400 Report Program A monthly Contribution Report for each employee is printed automatically with the amount of all benefits paid into their account. Dues and JATC can be excluded automatically from employee's totals on a monthly report. Reports can be printed with only dues and JATC. "Owners Exemptions" and miscellaneous pay can be included automatically. A complete set of monthly reports and continuations sheets include forms labeled NBEF, Fund, Union, NECA Copy 1, NECA Copy 2, Employer PLUS the employees’ contribution report <BACK> IBEW 456 Report Program Dues and JATC can be excluded automatically from employee's totals on a monthly report. Reports can be printed with only dues and JATC. A monthly Contribution Report for each employee is printed automatically with the amount of all benefits paid into their account. This program handles the special calculations for Maintenance Agreements and allows miscellaneous earnings to be included. Teledata contributions are printed on separate forms. A set of six (6) forms labeled NEBF Copy, Fund Copy, Union Copy, NECA Copy 1, NECA Copy 2 and Employer Copy are printed for the monthly report and continuation sheet PLUS the employee’s contribution report. <BACK>  |
