DC 711 Glaziers Report Program

Make sure your benefit payments are correct!! DC 711 has changed the calculation of pension and annuity for journeymen to an amount per hour instead of a percent of gross. Apprentice funds have changed too. Both Apprentices’ Health & Welfare Fund and their Apprenticeship Fund are calculated using an amount per hour instead of a percent of gross. This program handles reports not only new construction and apprentices but also industrial workers, fabricators/service mechanics and grandfathered fabricators/service mechanics.

Hourly rates, benefits and employee information are entered into a master file for repeated use. Forms are in the approved IBPAT format for both journeymen and apprentices. Reports are printed on plain paper. All information is saved for review, revision or reprint of reports.
